Nobody— no NFL linebacker, no race car driver, no president, no movie star, no Europe travel blogger— is more bad ass than an astronaut.
I don’t know why a Soviet astronaut is called a cosmonaut. Is that something different than an astronaut, or is it supposed to be a category within astronaut-dom?
That’s one mystery unexamined by “Cosmonauts,” the temporary exhibition at London’s Science Museum that was in its waning weeks when I visited.
